New Publication, Endurance Sports & Fitness Magazine, Aims to Pull in a Broad Audience of Savvy Endurance Athletes

Vienna, VA – Endurance Sports & Fitness Magazine (ES&F) is pleased to announce the release of their February issue. The magazine, once called Endurance Racing Magazine, underwent a redesign and renaming to increase its appeal to a larger market.

“My business partners and I realized that while the endurance athlete market is strong and robust, the name, Endurance Racing Magazine was a deterrent both to athletes and advertisers,” said Alix J. Shutello, CEO & Publisher.  “We surveyed our readership and learned that not only was our magazine name intimidating, but that Endurance Sports & Fitness was a name which resonated with respondents.”

Endurance Sports & Fitness Magazine launched their February Issue with much fanfare, offering a free issue to thousands of readers and potential subscribers on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.  The magazine has caught the interest of writers who once worked for Running Times and Marathon & Beyond, who signature running magazines which closed their doors in 2015.

“It’s so great to see these new authors coming to us,” said ES&F's Executive Editor. “It expands the voice the magazine to have all these new writers with their unique writing styles and perspectives.”

When ES&F underwent a redesign and release their first issue, the company offered it for free to give new readers a chance to check out free content.
